A First Aid Kit For Chaos
Life is becoming increasingly hectic, disjointed and fast-paced. You may have days when you wake up feeling less than stellar. Tired. Uninspired. Overwhelmed. Questioning how you got to this current state and where you’re going from here. And why. Why is life so complicated?
When life feels chaotic, it’s easy to lose your footing.
With a few simple tools, it’s possible to bring yourself back to centre.
This is my first aid kit for chaos.
A Positive Affirmation:
I am doing amazing even when I feel like I'm not. I am resilient even when I don't realize it. I allow chaos and mess to turn into powerful creativity and celebrate all my wins as they happen!
A Journal Prompt:
I am proud of myself for __________ and celebrate myself when I __________. I feel the happiest and most at play when I __________.
A Meditation Mantra:
Om Mani Padme Hum - It's a powerful prayer to cultivate compassion, wisdom and spiritual growth.
A Tapping Setup Statement:
KC Point: Even though I feel like there is so much chaos in the world and in my own personal space, I deeply accept myself and my journey and know I am right where I need to be for my growth.
A Cancel Statement:
When you catch yourself thinking: "I'm not good enough"
Say out loud: "Cancel, cancel!"
Followed by: "I am more than capable of handling everything that comes my way with grace"
With so much going on in the world, don't be hard on yourself when things feel a little challenging. Keep these in your back pocket and use them whenever you need to.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause long enough to reconnect with yourself.
