Physical Products

Physical products purchased directly through this website may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Every effort will be made to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable resources, courses, and digital memberships, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a product, please get in touch so the issue can be resolved.

Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for previous subscription payments unless required by applicable law.

Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
